Cetus Beachfront Pattaya was the 1st project to be successfully completed by Apus Development Group Co.,Ltd back in Qtr 4, 2014, and is situated on a prime 3 Rai – 0 Ngan – 96.75 Sq.Wah / 5,187 Square Meter direct beachfront plot of land alongside Jomtien Beach Road in Jomtien, Pattaya.
