City Center Residence Pattaya

City Center Residence was completed in Qtr 4, 2017 by Matrix Developments Co.,Ltd., and is situated on a prime 4 Rai – 1 Ngan – 60 Sq.W /  7,040 Square Meter inner-city plot of land alongside Soi Bang Koch 8 in Central Pattaya. Whereas, the project itself is comprised of 668 apartments ranging from entry level 24 to 25 Sq.M, Studio / 1 Bathroom apartments followed by larger 35 to 39 Sq.M, 1 Bedroom/ 1 Bathroom apartments and even larger 48 Square Meter, 2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom (combined studios) apartments spread across 3, low-rise, 8 Story buildings w/ a private Ground Floor lobby entrance, uni-sex Ground Floor communal toilet, 2 high-speed passenger lifts and a Basement car park in each building.
