City Garden Pattaya Condominium was the 1st successfully completed project by Global Top Group Co.,Ltd back in Qtr 4, 2009., and is situated on a prime 4 Rai – 3 Ngan – 50 Sq.Wah / 7,800 Square Meter inner-city plot of land alongside Soi Bua Khaow 15 Alley in Central Pattaya.
