Sky Residences – formally known as Amari Residences & Suites – was the 8th successfully completed development by Nova Group Co.,Ltd., and was finished in Qtr 2, 2016. As a long established and highly reputable local developer, Nova Group has an extensive track record of delivering both residential condominium and hospitality projects throughout Pattaya. The registered entity on the title deed is Nova The Legend Co.,Ltd., a subsidiary under the Nova Group umbrella.
