Amazon Residence Jomtien was completed back in July, 2017 by Matrix Developments Co.,Ltd., and is situated approximately 1.2 Kilometers away from Jomtien Beach on a prime 8 Rai – 0 Ngan – 0 Sq.Wah / 12,800 Square Meter plot of land just off Soi Boon Kanchana in Jomtien Pattaya. Whereas, the project itself is comprised of 795 apartments starting w/ entry level 35 to 41 Sq.M, 1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom apartments followed by even larger 70 Sq.M, 2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom (1 Bedroom combined) apartments spread across 4, low-rise, 8 Story Buildings w/ 2 high-speed passenger lifts and a Ground Floor lobby in every building.
