APUS Condominium Pattaya was completed back in Qtr 4, 2011 by Vareejinda Co.,Ltd., and is situated on a prime 3 Rai – 1 Ngan – 75 Sq.Wah / 5,500 Square Meter inner-city plot of land w/ dual access to both Soi Paniadchang and Pattaya Klang 6 Alley in Central Pattaya.
