Arcadia Beach Continental Pattaya was developed by Heights Holdings Co.,Ltd., and reached successful completion in Qtr 4, 2020. Heights Holdings is a well-established and widely respected developer w/ an extensive track record of low-rise and high-rise residential projects throughout Pattaya. The registered entity first appearing on the title deeds is CRS Star Co.,Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary under the Heights Holdings umbrella.
