Art On The Hill is a unique low-rise condominium development with a modern contemporary facade inspired by the world renowned Dutch ‘cubist’ artist, Piet Mondrian. The project is located on a prime 1 Rai – 0 Ngan – 0 Sq.Wah / 1,600 Square Meter plot of land just off Soi Orissa Alley between Pratumnak Soi 5 & 6 in Pratumnak Hill, Pattaya and was completed back in December 2014 by Matrix Developments Co.,Ltd. Whereas, the project itself is comprised of 135 apartments ranging in size from entry level 21.50 to 21.75 Sq.M, Studio / 1 Bathroom apartments followed by even larger 38.50 to 48 Sq.M, 1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom apartments and even larger 77.50 to 87 Sq.M, 2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom apartments spread across a single, 8 Story, low-rise building w/ 2 high-speed passenger lifts.
