Atlantis Condo Resort Pattaya was the 1st successfully completed project here in Pattaya by Blue Sky Group Co.,Ltd, and was completed in Qtr 4, 2015. Atlantis Condo Resort Pattaya is a distinctively themed residential development designed w/ young families in mind, offering a fully immersive, resort-style aquatic experience. The 6 residential buildings – Apollo (A), Jupiter (B), Poseidon (C), Venus (D), Minerva (E), and Hera (F) – are named after figures from Greek & Roman mythology, lending a sense of classical grandeur to the projects identity. Access to the project is secured via 2 Ground Floor entrance and exit points, both equipped w/ manned security booths and controlled vehicle access booms. Residents and guests are welcomed upon arrival by a hotel-like drop-off zone, highlighted by an ornate waterfall and Poseidon sculpture centerpiece, located directly in front of the main lobbies of Minerva (Building E) and Hera (Building F). Minerva (Building E) acts as the project’s commercial, administrative and wellness core, w/ a double-height grand lobby, lounge, and reception area, as well as the onsite juristic management office all located on the Ground Floor.
